Coleslaw salad
As a side dish or on its own

Ingredients:
1/2 | head cabbage | |
2 | carrot | |
1 | onion | |
1/4 | celery | |
4 spoonfuls | mayo | |
lemon juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon | ||
salt and pepper |
Instructions:
- Wash all the vegetables ● Peel off the first layer of cabbage, peel the carrots, onion and celery
- Finely chop the onions ● Grate the remaining vegetables at high speed, using the attachment for grating ● The salad structure will be more interesting if you use both the fine and coarse grater
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, taste them and add seasoning to taste ● Keep in the fridge
