Coleslaw salad

As a side dish or on its own

1/2   head cabbage
2   carrot
1   onion
1/4   celery
4 spoonfuls   mayo
    lemon juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon
    salt and pepper



  1. Wash all the vegetables ● Peel off the first layer of cabbage, peel the carrots, onion and celery
  2. Finely chop the onions ● Grate the remaining vegetables at high speed, using the attachment for grating ● The salad structure will be more interesting if you use both the fine and coarse grater
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, taste them and add seasoning to taste ● Keep in the fridge
