2   kiwi
1   banana
1 spoonful   honey
1   avocado
200 ml   almond milk



  1. Take the fruits out of the fridge and peel them ● Remove the avocado seed ● Place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl, add honey and milk
  2. Mix the ingredients, push them towards the blade with the pusher
  3. You can also make your own almond milk ● All you need to do is peel almonds, soak them in water, preferably overnight, mix everything in a mixer and strain
