Internal metal gears and a powerful 1500 W motor means it can handle even the most demanding tasks. Thanks to the smooth speed control, you can adjust the mixing or whipping speed to suit specific ingredients, while the planetary mixing system ensures even processing throughout the entire bowl. The machine can maintain the set speed even with a heavy load and also comes with a PULSE function for short-term maximum speed. The robust all-metal construction ensures stability during work and a long service life.

Large bowl for family baking

The 5.5-liter stainless steel bowl offers plenty of space for preparing large quantities of ingredients at once. You can prepare up to 2.5 kg of dough for homemade bread or enough cream for a large birthday cake. There is an integrated light in the body of the mixer, which shines directly into the bowl and ensures a clear overview of the entire preparation.

The Gratus Evo Smart II food processor offers a wide range of uses thanks to its high-quality attachments and well-thought-out accessories . It can do the work of several appliances in the kitchen.

Mixing – to thoroughly mix light cake or pancake batters, use a mixing whisk to combine all the ingredients and create a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Whisking – FitForOne whisk with an extended working part for whisking ingredients throughout the bowl. You can adjust the height of the attachment and whip even small amounts of ingredients, such as meringue or omelette from one egg white.
Mixing – for preparing creams, icings and soft doughs, use the Flexi whisk , which, thanks to its shape, scrapes the walls of the bowl better and ensures even mixing of all ingredients.
The dough hook makes kneading yeasted or dense dough a breeze . It makes it easier to prepare dough for bread, pizza or Christmas cakes with minimal effort.
Blending – in no time you can prepare fruit or vegetable smoothies, creamy soups, sauces and refreshing cocktails.

Safety first

The mixer is equipped with a swing arm safety system making it easier to change the whisks and the kneading hook, whilst also allowing comfortable handling due to the locking device. It is also protected by a safety device against unintentional start in the tilted position, so that the device will not start unless it is properly prepared for operation. In the event of overloading, a thermal fuse is activated to the motor from damage. Anti-slip feet ensure stability by holding the device firmly on the work surface even at higher speeds.
