This adaptable bread maker will suit all of your baking needs. Choose one of the two CUSTOM programs and set the bread preparation exactly to your liking. Select the desired loaf size (1 kg / 1.25 kg / 1.5 kg) and one of three crust browning levels.
It also features a delayed start function of up to 15 hours for perfect timing – fresh, crispy bread can be waiting for you after work or brighten up your weekend mornings. After baking, the bread stays warm for up to 60 minutes thanks to the automatic keep-warm function.

- CLASSIC: Program for white wheat and brown rye bread, also for bread with herbs and raisins.
- QUICK: Program for quick preparation of white, wheat and rye bread. Bread baked in this mode is smaller with a denser crumb.
- SWEET: Program for baking sweet breads with a crispier crust than with the CLASSIC program.
- WHOLEGRAIN: Program for baking wholegrain bread from flour with low gluten content. Delayed start is not recommended with this program.
- DOUGH: Program for kneading/mixing and rising dough without baking. Suitable for various dough types (e.g. rolls, pizza).
- KNEADING: Program for kneading dough only, without rising. Preparation time can be adjusted.
- CAKE: Program for mixing ingredients (e.g. for cakes) followed by baking for a set time.
- BAKING: Program for baking brown bread, cakes or meatloaf.
- JAM: Program for preparing jam, marmalade or compote from fresh fruit.
