With a powerful engine that has a power input of up to 1,500 W and a solid all-metal construction the ETA Gratus EVO Max food processor can handle even the most demanding tasks, such as kneading dough, preparing creamy sauces, shredding vegetables for salads, or grinding meat for homemade burgers.

Thanks to the smooth speed regulation, you can adjust the mixing or whipping speed to suit the ingredients. The planetary mixing system ensures thorough processing of the entire bowl content. The ETA Gratus EVO Max can maintain the set speed even under heavy loads, whether it’s kneading dough or whipping cream. The food processor also features a PULSE function for maximum speed.

Smart attachments

The innovative mixing attachment with an extended working part ensures more efficient mixing of all ingredients in the bowl. You can easily adjust the height of the attachments yourself, so whipping egg whites or any other task won’t be a problem!

Illuminated working bowl

The motor unit of the ETA Gratus EVO Max has integrated lighting providing a perfect view of all the goodies in the bowl. You will have a complete control over the entire preparation process!

With the ETA Gratus EVO Max food processor, you will have a large stainless-steel bowl with a capacity of 5.5 L, allowing you to process up to 2.5kg of ingredients. The transparent cover also keeps the area around the robot perfectly clean.

Mixes, whips, kneads

The ETA Gratus EVO Max food processor comes with high-quality accessories that are an integral part of it. The flat beater attachment is perfect for thoroughly blending light sponge cake batters, doughs for cakes, or preparing pancakes. You can use the wire whip attachment to whip cream, beat egg whites, or preparing any kinds of spreads. The dough hook attachment will make it easier for you to prepare sour and denser doughs, whether it’s bread or a proper Christmas cake.

The food processor ETA Gratus EVO Max also comes with a Flexi beater, which is great for achieving the perfect consistency of creams and lighter doughs.

There’s nothing like freshly ground meat, which is why the ETA Gratus EVO Max food processor comes with a 62mm grinder and three sizes of grinding plates. Those are suitable for fine, medium, and coarse grinding - allowing you to make homemade burgers or fresh tartare easily. Plus, it includes and attachment for making sausages, meatballs, Kebbe, and cookie cutters.

Treat yourself with fruity or vegetable smoothies every day. The 1.5-liter glass blender attachment easily fits onto the robot and is ready in just a few moments. The blender is also ideal for preparing creamy soups or evening cocktails. You can try a delicious mango Daiquiri, for example.

 The grating attachment with 3 shredding discs and a gearbox for optimal speed will make grating vegetables, fruits, potatoes, cheeses, and other foods a breeze. With this attachment, you will save time and effort, and you won’t want to go back to a traditional grater.

Safety first

In addition to functionality and design, we also prioritize safety. The ETA Gratus EVO Max food processor is equipped with a safety system for the swinging arm, which allows for easy replacement of beaters and hooks. It facilitates handling with a locking mechanism and also features a safety lock to prevent accidental operation in the tilted position.

A thermal safety fuse is activated in case of machine overload, protecting the robot’s engine.

Anti-slip feet ensure that the robot remains stable even at higher speeds.
