Why it is important to know your body fat and water percentage and other measured values

Body fat is an important indicator of health – excessive levels can significantly increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes and other conditions. Water content reflects hydration status and muscle mass – the more muscle you have, the higher the water percentage. The BMI index determines whether your weight is within the normal range, overweight or underweight, and the recommended daily energy intake in KCAL is adjusted to your data – helping you monitor your calorie intake in order to maintain or change your weight.

The TRACEY scale allows you to create up to 10 user profiles, making it an excellent solution for multi-member households. Each family member can store their personal data such as height, age and gender, and access their own body analysis with every measurement. Thanks to the large blue backlit display, results are easy to read even in poor lighting, and the touch control on the scale surface ensures convenient and intuitive use.

Automatic activation without buttons

Simply step barefoot onto the glass weighing platform and the scale will activate automatically. After selecting a user profile, the measurement is performed and the current measured values are displayed – from weight to body fat, water, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI and KCAL.
